Nottingham CityCare's Community Public Health 0-19 Nursing Service is excited to offer a secondment opportunity until 31st December 2024 within their Childrens Health Advice Hub in the role of Quality Support Officer.

Main duties of the job
The Childrens Public Health 0-19 Nursing Service now have a central Childrens Health Advice Hub (CHAH) which manages all telephone calls and referrals into the service, as well as supporting CDG Teams to manage administrative tasks.
You will have experience of data analysis, a passion for attention to detail and will provide day to day support with developing pathways in this new exciting team. The team are based at Clifton Cornerstone, and the working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm. This vacancy is for a full-time position.

- To support the delivery of a high-quality public health service for children, young people, and their families in Nottingham.
- To gather, collate, input and quality check data and information relating to service performance at a hub model level.
