Job summary
Community Inpatient unit is a bed-based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. It supports hospital discharges, prevents admission to hospital or long-term care and promotes independent living. It is a multi-disciplinary service with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Social Workers, and care staff.

Salary Range 2
£22,627 (under 21) - £24,735 (over 21) fixed salary point pro rata per annum.
We
are seeking some highly motivated and passionate recovery workers to join the
MDT team at Community inpatient unit.
As a
recovery worker you will support patients with personal and nutritional care
needs, working with nurses and therapist to delivery enhanced care, support
individuals to regain independence via motivational and encouragement
techniques.
You will work under direction of the
HCA/Assistant Practitioner and Nursing team and will follow protocols,
guidance, and procedures under the direction of the senior staff/manager/supervisor.
You
will have the NVQ/QCF level 2 and/ or previous experience in the caring sector.
