Care Plus Group (CPG) Estates and Facilities
Team provides a customer focussed, high quality and responsive facilities
management service to Care Plus Group including subsidiaries and external
clients. The team ensures that our CPG
facilities are safe, secure, well maintained, fit for purpose and legally
compliant.

Main duties of the job
Job Title: Driver and Facilities Support Officer
Department: Estates and Facilities
Base: Westgate Park
Hours: 20 permanent
Mon - Fri between 8.30am - 5pm
Salary Range 2 £22,627 (under 21) - £24,735 (21 and over)
You will be responsible for
the safe transportation of goods to and from various locations within North
East Lincolnshire ensuring all Health and Safety regulations and Road Traffic
legislation are adhered to in relation to transportation and vehicle safety. To
act as a support for the Estates and Facilities Team, dealing with enquiries
and undertaking repairs and maintenance as required.
You will manage incoming deliveries to CPG Headquarters, to ensure
that incoming packages agree with delivery notes and maintain a log of stock on
site.
You will collect clinical samples or specimens from locations within
CPGs portfolio and to ensure safe delivery of packages to Diana Princess of
Wales Hospital, Grimsby.
You will maintain appropriate records in connection with the use of
vehicles and comply with instructions and procedures. Carry out vehicle checks
e.g. tyre pressure, oil, water and fuel levels and ensure that vehicle is road
worthy and clean prior to use.
Accurately complete daily vehicle documentation and drivers records.
You will undertake general maintenance tasks as directed within the
properties owned or occupied by CPG.
