Training and Communications Administrator

Job summary

The Training & Development team provides all Care Plus Group staff with a Corporate and Departmental Induction as well as all Statutory and Mandatory training requirements for their role. Additionally, they offer a commercial training option sold to individuals and organisations outside of the Care Plus Group organisation to customers throughout the country.

The Communications and Marketing Team provides information, advice and support to operational teams within CPG and its subsidiary companies.

Main duties of the job

Training and Communications Administrator

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

Range 3 £24,100 (pay award pending) Fixed point Per Annum.

Based at Westgate Park, Charlton Street, Grimsby

The post holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective training administrative service to both the training and communications teams. This includes the use and upkeep of Care Plus Groups training database and providing advice and guidance to staff on the usage of the system.

You will have competency in the use of Microsoft 365 applications and the willingness to use digital tools and be able to produce a variety of well-presented and accurate documents.
