This is a senior-level role providing expert leadership and programme
management to support digital transformation across Care Plus Group. The role
works across organisational boundaries to deliver integrated digital solutions
that improve patient access, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Salary Range 8a: £48,480- £58,178 per annum you will be appointed on a fixed salary point within the salary range.
The postholder will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital programmes, business intelligence infrastructure, and service transformation projects across clinical and corporate domains.
You will develop long terms strategic plans aligned with national and local digital health priorities and lead on the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programmes across Care Plus Group's community and primary care settings.
You must be customer focused and have extensive experience and a proven track record in managing complex digital transformation in health or care settings and possess excellent leadership and motivational skills.
