Job summary
The Day Service promotes, supports and improves the mental, physical and emotional well-being of vulnerable people, in order that they can participate in their communities and with their families, and enjoy the best life possible.
The aim of the service is to support vulnerable people to remain living in their own homes. An effective Day Service should aim to ensure that this group can participate in and help steer the services required, taking into account their specific needs. The Day service should also enable service users to make informed decisions and to facilitate access to services across the health, social and voluntary sectors.

Job Title: Deputy Manager
Base: Cromwell Road Resource Centre
Hours: 37.5 a week, permanent
Salary: Range 6 £31,855 - £43,163. You will be appointed on a fixed salary point within the range.
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and committed Deputy manager to join the multidisciplinary team at Cromwell Road Resource centre (CRRC) within CPG. The post will be based at the CRRC and will oversee the safe and effective management of the learning disability day services provision alongside the service manager. Youwill work alongside then service manager and lead on the review, development, implementation of service strategies including completion of audits, action plans, Incident reviews and quality assurance.
On a day to day basis, you will manage and co-ordinate the Day Support provision for individuals using the service, promoting independence for service users and support for carers.
You will have delegated autonomy in the delivery of service and will deputise in the absence of the Manager.
You will support the Manager in the management of Cromwell Resource Centre including all aspects of recruitment, supervision, probation reviews, capability and conduct, staff risk assessments, PDRs, Rotas etc.
