Job summary
The
Community Inpatient Unit provides Rehabilitation, Re-ablement and recovery
interventions for adults in North East Lincolnshire. The service will promote
faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospital admissions and
premature admissions to long-term care, support timely discharge from hospital
and maximise independent living wherever possible. Multi-professional staff
will collaborate with individuals to ensure they achieve their full potential
in terms of their level of independence, health, and wellbeing.

Salary Range 5 £29,734 - £34,474 pro rata, per annum
We are looking for a Bank Staff Nurse to join us, you will be
part of a multidisciplinary team providing nursing and enablement services to patients
within the rehab and recovery inpatient unit.
The
role will require you to undertake various clinical duties including
assessment, wound management, injections, and continence care as well as dealing
with acutely unwell. Ideally we are
looking for some with previous community experience however this is not
essential as you will received training and support. Newly qualified will be considered as you
will be supported through a robust preceptorship programme.
In
return you will be part of a forward thinking MDT team, receive opportunities
for further development, regular supervision and support.
