Job summary

After a highly successful 8 years leading Care Plus Group, our current Chief Executive is due to retire in May 2025 so we are therefore seeking an inspirational and dynamic leader to become our next Chief Executive. These are formidable shoes to fill, hence you will have proven experience of delivery at board level, with sufficient gravitas, drive and ambition to lead the organisation on the next steps of its journey.

Main duties of the job

Based at Westgate Park, Grimsby

Permanent 37.5 hrs a week

Salary competitive - fixed salary point

You will demonstrate our values and have the ability to continue to lead the further embedding of our vision and key priorities.With a professional qualification and current registration in health/social care, you will have the strong ability to bring an innovative approach in further developing our business, whilst also continuing to ensure high quality delivery and sustainable outcomes in all areas.

You must have a successful and demonstrable track record as a senior leader working with a Board, Executive Team and senior leadership colleagues, but your ability to engage and work with our staff is absolutely key to the success of the organisation and the positive culture we have established.

You will drive forward at pace a positive climate that inspires our workforce, delivers high quality services and continues our role as an anchor organisation within the local and regional health and social care economy.

You must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills and substantial experience of working collaboratively to deliver as part of an integrated system and have the ability to further develop our longstanding partnerships.
