Job summary
The Community Nursing Service in
North East Lincolnshire works in liaison with GPs Practice nurses and other
agencies to provide a high quality, skilled and holistic nursing care service
to the community.

Main duties of the job
Job title: Nurse Team Leader (Developmental)
Department: Community Nursing Meridian
Base: The Pilgrim Primary Care, Immingham.
37.5 hours per week

will be required to work a rota pattern which includes weekends and Bank
Holidays
Fixed Term for 14 Months
Salary Range 6 £33,675
- £40,439 per annum (Pay Award Pending)
We are
looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse with an additional post
registration qualification and experience in palliative care, wound management,
leg ulcer management, continence care and diabetes care. You will be responsible for the day to day
running of the team, therefore some experience of supervising staff and dealing
with staffing issues is essential.
Most importantly you must be able to demonstrate your commitment to
the values of Care Plus Group.
The post
requires you to transport yourself and equipment across locations within North
East Lincolnshire and to deadlines and you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank
holidays on a rota basis. Therefore a
flexible approach to your working arrangements is essential.
