We offer a 24/7 stroke inpatient rehab unit with a team of highly skilled specialist nurses and therapists. Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate, caring and committed night nurse to be a part of our team based in Endeavour Suite at Harmony house in Rochester.

There are two available shift patterns for this role. One is for a daytime and night work, the other is solely night. Please specify in your application what pattern you are interested in.

Main duties of the job

  • To work within the Clinical Unit at Endeavour Suite at Harmony House to deliver patient-centred nursing and rehabilitation services for patients.
  • To be responsible for unit management by designated shift.
  • To be responsible for the assessment, care planning and review of patient care.
  • To be ensure the safe and effective patient care, including the supervision of support/assistant staff.
