You will be assisting with the smooth running of the DentaLine Service which is an out-of-hours service providing emergency dental treatment at 3 separate locations within Kent. You will provide support to the service by providing comprehensive and timely administrative support, exercising initiative and prioritising own workload.
Main duties of the job
- To provide on a daily basis an administration service to all Dentaline staff.
- The post involves creating rota's for dentists, nurses, clinic coordinators and call operators.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records for staff and also updating excel and word spreadsheets on a daily basis.
- Creating monthly payroll spreadsheets which would involve insuring that the staff's timesheet information is correct.
- You will also need to respond to any email and telephone queries from staff in a timely manner.
