Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Band 5 Immunisation Improvement Lead for Information Management and Child Health Service based at the Hollyfield Road, Surbiton.
This is a rare opportunity for an Immunisation Improvement Lead to join the Information and Child Health Team at Your Healthcare as a Band 5. The candidate will play a key role in the department supporting South West London GP Practices with valid immunisation code data entry and Promoting South West London Child Health Information Service. The objective is to improve immunisation uptake rate and the quality of data recording.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate:
- Will have excellent attention to details
- Will have experience and specialist knowledge Immunisation Programme
- Will have excellent Communication, training, management and promotion skills.
- Will be familiar with NHS Information Governance principle
- Will be a clear and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Will have an ability to engage with people and with systems and also work independently
- The candidate requires to have full UK driving licence and access to a car.
