An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward Teddington Memorial Hospital, for applicants to apply to join our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Bank Ward Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you must be welcoming and helpful with an enthusiastic disposition.

The receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking patient transport, obtaining patient appointments when required and other administrative duties as needed, including scanning, uploading documents, sending emails.

You will need to have a flexible approach, be able to act on your own initiative, communicate with a wide range of people and be flexible in your approach to change. Main duties of the job

The Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward provides 25-bedded rehabilitation to an in-patient unit providing 24 hour nursing care to adults over 18 years of age. The focus is on providing quality care to patients using a multi-disciplinary team approach.

We are currently entering a new and exciting challenge, taking forward community-based care as well as in-patient care and so you will need to be flexible and willing to develop as the service changes and evolves.
