Administrator
Pre and Post SEND Diagnosis Support 0-19 Service
15 hours per week
Fixed term contract 2.5 years
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
administrator to join our SEND support team, who work with families across
Kingston and Richmond in the 0-19 years age range. This is a new service where
the candidate will be an intrinsic part of the team, encouraged to be
innovative in the development of the administrative support to the team, and
promotion of the service to families.
This position
contributes to the effective running of the service. We are looking for an
enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate initiative, professionalism,
integrity, with a strong team working ethic.
It is essential that
you have interest in supporting children, young people with SEND and their
families. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and
good attention to detail. You will be competent and confident in the use of IT
systems/platforms used within Your Healthcare, including Microsoft Office,
Carenotes and ESR, although training can be offered for internal software
systems.

Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient administrative service to the SEND Support Team, and to undertake those tasks within the service which do not require the professional skills of the clinicians in the SEND support team.
To provide administrative support including some typing, scanning, word processing and general clerical support, including typing of minutes, standard letters, and reports for the SEND Support Team.
Ensure confidentiality on all matters relating to clients and information obtained during the course of employment.
