We are interested to hear from you if you are an aspiring senior Band 5 looking to specialise in MSK physiotherapy or an MSK experienced Band 6 physiotherapist looking for career progression. Preferably 2 years' MSK experience is desirable. However, less is considered on evidence of skills and capabilities in application.

Main duties of the job
Job Responsibilities
To assess and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, who may have acute, complex and/or persistent presentations, to determine clinical diagnosis and plan, develop, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy programmes and management plans.
To provide self-referral triage, and single point of access/referral triage.
To provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment in clinics, health centres, GP surgeries and community hospitals, including first point of contact services as appropriate.
To work and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To provide specialist therapeutic input into planning, development, and evaluation of clinical services, with responsibility for defined projects.
To provide clinical leadership to junior staff and students within the team, including case load allocation, appraisal, and managerial supervision.
To coach and develop all members of the team using recognised management and training tools and techniques, including the AHP Learning Knowledge and Skills Framework and Personal Development Reviews, to achieve corporate and team objectives.
To support all staff and be responsible for site in manager absence.
