Job summary
This post is ringfenced to current Pelvic Health Physiotherapists in PPHS teams within the SNEE ICS.
We are looking for an advanced pelvic health physiotherapist to become
the PPHS clinical lead for Suffolk and north east Essex (SNEE). The successful
candidate will already work in one of the three perinatal pelvic health service
(PPHS) teams in Suffolk and north east Essex Integrated Care System and will
take on this leadership role (3.75 hours per week) alongside their existing
clinical role.
Main duties of the job
You will provide oversight of the PPHS programme across
SNEE and possess advanced leadership skills. You will need to use excellent
communication, service improvement and project management skills to provide
ongoing management of the PPHS programme across SNEE, working closely with
local PPHS physiotherapy leads, ensuring that the requirements of the national
PPHS service specification are met at a local level. You will have experience
of system wide working and be able to build and maintain relationships with all
stakeholders including maternity, obstetric and gynaecology colleagues, the
LMNS and our local community organisations.
About us
The PPHS clinical lead for SNEE will be an advanced
physiotherapist working in one of the three PPHS teams in SNEE. The post is
hosted by AHP Suffolk and the successful candidate will remain in their
employing organisation.
