Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinician possessing advanced practice qualifications to join our Back and Neck Service at AHP Suffolk. The role requires expert, specialist clinical skills in assessment and management of spinal pathology.

We are looking for a clinician to work as a member of the Back and Neck Service who will form part of an expert clinical team, working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with spinal and pain consultants in the management of a complex chronic and sub-acute back and neck pain caseload.

The full time role based in Suffolk, and there is flexibility with regard to working location within Suffolk.

Main duties of the job

You will be a member of the Back and Neck Service, carrying a caseload within the service to whom you will provide expert clinical care both autonomously and as part of multidisciplinary teams.

You will be a clinician with experience of working with multidisciplinary clinical teams, supporting the wider musculoskeletal services, as an advanced practitioner, leading by example, supporting training and education, service development, audit and research.

  • Membership of appropriate special interest group.
  • Management/leadership training.
