We're looking for an experienced and motivated Resourcing Partner to join our People Directorate and help us attract, recruit and retain the talented workforce we need to deliver high-quality care across our communities.
As a Resourcing Partner, you will work closely with the Head of Resourcing to deliver a professional, business-focused recruitment service across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet both current and future workforce needs, while driving continuous improvement, innovation and best practice.
We're looking for someone with:

Experience of managing complex or senior-level recruitment campaigns.

A strong understanding of best practice resourcing and compliance within the NHS or a large, complex organisation.

The ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions that make a real difference.

A passion for innovation, EDI and creating a positive candidate experience.
Main duties of the job
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior appointments, working closely with Recruiting Managers to build tailored recruitment plans, talent pools and campaigns that deliver the right calibre of candidates on time.
Seek new and innovative ways to improve the resourcing service, contributing to strategic workforce thinking and embedding more inclusive and flexible approaches to recruitment.
Lead and support recruitment projects aligned to Sirona's Resourcing Strategy and the NHS Long Term Plan, including:
Oversight of International recruitment and VISA processes
Development of resourcing KPIs, including EDI measures
Implementation of new systems and processes
Reviewing and strengthening Recruitment & Selection training
Embedding flexible working and inclusive recruitment practices
Support the Resourcing Manager with detailed compliance checks for all appointments, ensuring recruitment files meet NHS Employment Standards and demonstrating full compliance to regulators such as the CQC.
