Main duties of the job
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead the implementation and oversight of a clinical competence framework for all temporary staff, ensuring statutory training, certifications, and role-specific skills are completed and maintained.
- Provide clinical assurance by reviewing and signing off compliance packs and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new starters.
- Support operational managers with observed practice reviews, performance management, and professional development for bank staff.
- Act as the key escalation point for any clinical concerns or adverse events, ensuring timely resolution and robust governance.
- Collaborate closely with the Temporary Staffing Operational Lead, agency partners, and system-wide leads to deliver consistency, best practice, and continual service improvement.
- Oversee clinical documentation, policies, and projects to ensure compliance with legislation and service excellence.
- Represent the organisation at regional meetings as a subject matter expert and ambassador.
