We're looking for a dedicated and visionary EDI & Wellbeing Lead to help shape the future of our organisation by embedding inclusive practice across our workforce and supporting the wellbeing of our people.

This pivotal role will lead the delivery of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy and staff health and wellbeing agenda, ensuring our systems, policies and behaviours reflect the values of Sirona care & health.

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR teams and staff networks to co-design a responsive, forward-looking EDI service
  • Act as the subject matter expert on EDI, interpreting relevant legislation, national frameworks and best practice
  • Use data and insight to evidence progress, report impact, and inform improvement
  • Champion and influence the development of a culture that supports equity, fairness, belonging and staff wellbeing
