We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and you might be the perfect match! You will be joining our Estates & Facilities team, providing day to day support with the running and functioning of the service.

We have a part time post, as part of a job share position available, based at Kingswood Civic Centre until Badminton Road HQ move is complete.

Main duties of the job

The Estates Administrator role will work closely with the Estates Team and will provide the administrative resource for all aspects of the estate functions.

This role reports into the Estates and Facilities Co-ordinator. The Estates Co-ordinator will prioritise tasks for the day-to-day response to requests and queries from the Operational and Corporate estate users, in line with operating procedures. These are largely generated through the Estates inbox. You will be expected to respond once work has been assigned and support follow up work with the Estates Assistant. You will also support the arrangement of regular team meetings and others where necessary, in line with priorities from the Estates and Facilities Co-Ordinator and Assistant.

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

Experience

  • Knowledge and awareness of confidentiality issues relating to Data Protection
  • Competent user of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to write routine e-mails and the confidence to make and take telephone calls to and from staff and members of the public
  • Experience of delivering great customer service (resolving customer enquiries in a helpful manner and dealing with members of the public, both face to face and by telephone)

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
