This is a new role to support the communications and public relations function and will work across the organisation with different teams and be involved in print production, web post creation, photoshoot organisation and much more.
This is a job share role for 2 days per week. This is also a hybrid role, so travel to our bases will be required
Main duties of the job
Support the administration of the Communications Team.Support the processes in place for ordering communication collateral.Support the production of all collateral printed and digitalSupport the governance and management of all communications.Support with campaigns relating to Communications including diary management and scheduling for the team and others where training and/or other support is required.Support the management of the Communications inbox and monitoring of Workplace (our intranet).Supporting with basic online updates to our website, intranet and other platforms when applicable.Supporting and organising photoshoots including managing consent.Support the organisation of events including the flagship annual Awards for Excellence, including using Eventbrite.Undertake any other reasonable duties relating to the subject matter and role.Follows communications department procedures, protocols.
