This apprenticeship role will support the administration and clients of the North Somerset Health Visiting team to provide a high quality service.
An exciting opportunity is available for the right candidate to undertake the customer service practitioner apprenticeship.
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality services to the customers (clients) of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers (clients) which will be delivered from the workplace. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, offering advice, guidance and support, taking calls and passing on messages, service development or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact for clients to make contact.
Main duties of the job
Your actions will influence the customer (client) experience and their satisfaction with your organisation. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as service knowledge when delivering to your customers (clients). You will provide service in line with the organisations customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements. Your customer (client) interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.
