You will support the implementation and understanding of these plans through observations, role modelling, skill teaching and participating in bespoke workshops and training. You will be supported to manage your own caseload and will have regular PBS focused supervision and peer support as well as the opportunity to further develop your skills. You will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team, liaising with relevant professionals, carers, agencies and providers. You will also support students on placement within the team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the team at an exciting time of transformation of the learning disability service across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area.
