Job summary
An exciting
opportunity has arisen to jointly lead the busy admin team within the
Musculoskeletal service at First Community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and
motivated person with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You
should be able to use your own initiative, enjoy dealing with the public and
working under pressure, as part of a friendly team.
Main duties of the job
Duties
are varied and include working with the current team lead and Admin Manager to
ensure smooth running of the service and producing data for submission to the
ICB and NHSE.
Your
responsibilities will also include joint management of the admin team, which
involves conducting Achievement Reviews and management of performance, so
previous experience of this type of work is desirable.
The post is primarily
based at East Surrey Hospital but with a potential move to central Redhill
during the course of the contract. It will also include occasional evening work
and a requirement to visit the other sites that we offer therapy services from,
such as Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Therapies Unit.
