Job summary
We are a community healthcare provider working across North West Surrey and we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 rehabilitation assistant to join our fast pace dynamic team. We currently have two bases Walton community Hospital and Woking Community hospital, with scope to also work remotely.
We provide rehabilitation to adults in the community and in a clinic setting, with a variety of conditions and complex needs. Our team consists of both physiotherapists, occupational therapists and reahbilitation assistants.

Main duties of the job
Under the direction of the therapists you will be expected to undertake delegated duties and report back on the progress made. You will be expected to maintain accurate electronic patient records and undertake administrative work as required by the service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic rehabiliattion assistant with good communication skills who can bring relevant experience to the post. You will be expected to deliver and implement treatment programs devised by our therapists for patients on your caseload, with a range of medical conditions and presentations. As well as assisting in setting up and supporting groups and clinics. You will need to be a team player and work collaboratively with a supportive and integrated therapy team.
You will be receiving regular support and supervision to enable you to complete your role to a high standard. You will be required to participate in ongoing service development and training inclusive of mandatory training.
