Job summary
This band 6Childrens Community Nurse post, based within a team in Redhill, is an exciting opportunity, where no two days are the same, to make a difference to children and young people requiring nursing care and support in their homes/nurseries/school.
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of nursing care, have excellent communication skills andbe ableto use your own initiative as well as working well as a team player. You will be supported to develop your expertise both within your Team and by regular reflection and professional training.

What you will need:
RSCN or RN Child
- Previous community nursing experience
- Able to travel independently across Surrey (car driver/owner essential)
- To be self-motivated, committed with initiative
- Happy to work as a team and lone work

Main duties of the job
Delivery of high-quality nursing care to children and young adults aged 0-18 years in their homes, nurseries, schools in a designated geographical locality in Surrey. To work without direct supervision and deputise for the clinical team leader in their absence.
