Band 5 School Nurse. Specialist School Nursing Service, Surrey.

Working between Clifton Hill in Caterham and Brooklands in Reigate

37.5 hours (working between both schools)

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified (children's, Learning disability or adult) nurse to join our innovative team within this exciting role. This post is based at both Clifton Hill school and Brooklands school for pupils aged 11-19 years (Clifton Hill) and 2-11 years (Brooklands) who have severe learning disability with additional health needs and is part of Specialist School Nursing Service Surrey.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of a small nursing team working in partnership with education so school staff are supported to enable children and young people to safely attend school irrespective of their additional health needs. We ask that the ideal candidate has experience of working with children with special needs and has a passion for working with children to help them develop and grow.
