Main duties of the job

You will be at the heart of our substance misuse service, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.   • Proven experience in a substance misuse setting.
  • Experience in conducting assessments, managing a caseload, and supporting detoxifications.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an MDT.
  • An enhanced DBS check that is on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
