Essential Skills & Experience:
Complex case management for individuals with long-term and chronic conditions.
Manual handling assessment and provision of associated plans.
Postural assessment and provision of specialist seating and wheelchair prescription.
Comprehensive knowledge of complex manual handling equipment and disability aids.
Proven ability in assessing, recommending, and planning for urgent minor and complex major environmental adaptations (e.g., stairlifts, hoist systems, bathing facilities).
Experience in the supervision and support of junior OTs and OTAs.
Proven ability to carry a complex community caseload autonomously.
Excellent clinical recording and organisation skills.
Other Essential Requirements:
Must be available to work face-to-face in Ceredigion 5 days a week.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for travel across the county.
IT competent with the ability to prioritise your own caseload.
To work effectively within an established management structure.
