Main duties of the job
Supporting the PATH delivery of therapeutic services, the Assistant Psychologist role is responsible for supporting the work of PATH Clinicians and the wider PATH. The Assistant Psychologist role is intended to assist, under supervision, in clinically related administration, to conduct audits and support service evaluation, and to contribute to project work.This role issuitable for someone wishing to progress to Clinical Psychology training.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Supporting the PATH delivery of therapeutic services, the Assistant Psychologist role is responsible for supporting the work of PATH Clinicians and the wider PATH. The Assistant Psychologist role is intended to assist, under supervision, in clinically related administration, to conduct audits and support service evaluation, and to contribute to project work.This role issuitable for someone wishing to progress to Clinical Psychology training.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To contribute to service evaluation through the collation, analysis and reporting of outcome data.
- To contribute to service evaluation through development of feedback surveys, and the collation, analysis and reporting of monthly feedback data.
- Conducting audits as set out by the Clinical Director
- To undertake literature reviews as requested by PATH Clinicians
- To contribute to the development of therapeutic group materials
- To contribute to the development and delivery of training
- To support PATH clinicians, under supervision, in the delivery of clinical work
- Contribute to and maintain accurate records for those using the service, on Adoption UK systems and ensuring compliance with both GDPR and Adoption Support Agency regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to team meetings and events, sharing knowledge and experience.
- Participate in supervisory discussions on a regular basis and an annual appraisal with the appointed line manager.
- To join in staff training as deemed necessary.
- To have input into Adoption UKs policy matters, strategies and business planning as part of the organisations policy on inclusive and consultative practice.
- To carry out such other duties as may be deemed necessary by the relevant Adoption UK manager/director, subject to time, commensurate with salary and by agreement with the post holder
