OurSEN Care support workers play a pivotal role in supporting our studentsin their day-to-day lives, which can range from attending college lessons to participating in sports sessions, therapy sessions, and even gardening activities.

- Youll work a fixed rota including an evening and weekend shift (weekend shifts have enhanced pay rates)
- 52 weeks
- Support to complete a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma & Care Certificate
- Working one-to-one providing daily care and support for our students including supporting their personal care needs, mobility, daily routine, communication and encouraging independence skills, learning and access to leisure activities
- Working with students who present with behaviours of concern, will be part of these roles, so to fully support our students, candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment
