Brighton and Hove Federation

Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator

The closing date is 22 March 2026

Job summary

This is an exciting new role for an organised and professional administrator to coordinate onboarding for casual staff applying to work with Brighton and Hove Federation.

This will be a varied role, working across multiple Federation services, and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff to prepare for working for a primary care provider at scale.

This role offers a significant amount of flexibility across 20 hours per week, within normal office hours, with the option for some evening and weekend work if preferred - subject to approval. This is a hybrid role with some office based work and the opportunity to work from home.

As a growing organisation, there are opportunities for development within the Federation team.

Main duties of the job

The Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that casual workers have a smooth supportive and professional onboarding experience. Acting as a consistent point of contact the postholder helps new joiners feel valued and informed while ensuring the organisation is represented with professionalism throughout the process.

Working independently, the role supports the end to end onboarding journey for individuals joining the Brighton and Hove Federation workforce platform Luna. This includes guiding new casual workers through the application and onboarding stages, completing all required checks and managing ongoing compliance and maintenance activities to ensure the workforce remains fully compliant at all times.

The role may also provide occasional support to the Delivery Team with day to day operational tasks as required.
