Brighton Federation is looking for Patient Co-Ordinators to join our bank, offering temporary administrative support to GP surgeries across the city.
The successful candidates will be offered a casual contract which will offer flexibility around working patterns. We are looking for a person with experience working with the general public, strong communication and IT skills, as well as being empathetic, cooperative and motivated! Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing reception and admin cover for GP surgeries on an ad hoc basis. Training will be provided for System One and Emis.

- Book, change and cancel appointments

- Recalls and invite management

- Scanning and document management

Brighton and Hove Federation (B&HF) is a member organisation, made up of 6 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) containing 31 GP Practices. We are a company limited by shares, with each of our member Practices as shareholders. This means that we do everything with our Practices and their patients in mind. We work collaboratively to provide high quality clinical and support services to NHS Primary Care, as well as talking to patients, listening to feedback, and being willing to adapt to constantly improve our service.
