Main duties of the job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Analyst to join our ITdepartment and support the delivery of high-quality IT services to our internal and externalcustomers.Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Service Delivery Analyst will play a crucial role inmonitoring service performance, managing service-related incidents, and ensuring that all ITservices align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong analytical skills, experience in ITservice management, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams tocontinuously improve IT service delivery. The Service delivery analyst role will require anelement of people management skills alongside service ownership

It has an annual turnover of £13million; consisting of Board Leadership; Clinical; Finance; Workforce & HR; Quality &Performance; Operations; IT and Business Development departments.Badger was established in 1996 by local doctors who joined together to initially provide animproved out-of-hours service for their patients. Today Badger has opted-in GP members in60+ practices and provides 24/7 message handling, urgent primary care and GP out of hoursservice to a patient base of 1.6 million. We run the Urgent Treatment Services at Solihull andErdington Stockland Green, with face to face and 24/7 remote clinical assessment servicesoperating from Bourne Road in Aston. Our head offices are at Glover Street, near the citycentre. Badger was recognised with an Outstanding rating following our Care QualityCommission (CQC) inspection in March 2024.
