Main duties of the job
In this key leadership role you will be responsible for managing the production, monitoring andco-ordination of Badger clinical and support staff rotas. You will ensure that all operationalrotas are produced on time and appropriate staffing levels are maintained ensuring theaccuracy of information. You will be supported and be responsible for the line managementof Rota Team Administrators.You will be responsible for building excellent working relationships with all staff members,team leaders, management and senior management to establish and deliver robust rotas withappropriate contingency plans in place. You will need to work collaboratively with otherbusiness functions.You will work closely with the HR Department to report and manage sickness absence, annualleave, study leave, shift swaps and temporary staffing, bringing urgent matters to the attentionof the appropriate Directors.
