You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, in a professional service, making a real difference to the lives of patients and their families. Working in an environment where the patient is truly the centre of care, you will be part of a supportive and fun team where everyone is valued for their unique skills and experience. We require a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse to manage our expanding hospice at home service and provide caseload management, up to date clinical input and advice.
Main duties of the job
You must be a Registered General Nurse who has post registration experience gained within a relevant healthcare setting. Essential to this role is experience of managing a team and experience of and/or a passion for palliative care. In addition, you must have excellent communication, planning and networking skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SystmOne IT systems is an advantage.
