Mastercall Healthcare is expanding its highly skilled team
of Advanced Clinical Practitioners, including Senior ACPs, and were looking
for experienced, clinically driven professionals to join us.

Our Services
Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) Trafford
Our GP-led UTCs provide appointments via NHS 111 or GP
referral and are equipped to diagnose and manage many of the common conditions
that would otherwise present to A&E.
We also operate established pathways, including DVT services, point of care
testing with further expansion planned as the service develops.
Alternative to Transfer Service NWAS and Care Homes referrals
as part of admission avoidance
Providing remote clinical advice, support, and treatment to
patients supported by NWAS and care homes, helping to prevent unnecessary
hospital admissions.
Out of Hours Services Stockport and Trafford
Delivering telephone triage, face-to-face consultations, and
home visits to residents when GP practices are closed.
Clinical Assessment Service (CAS)
Providing expert clinical advice to low-acuity 999 calls,
ensuring patients are safely directed to the most appropriate care pathway.
Main duties of the job
Mastercall is a dynamic, patient-focused provider of urgent primary care services, delivering safe, effective, and responsive care across Stockport and Trafford. Our services span a wide range of urgent and unscheduled care settings, ensuring that no two days are ever the same.
As an ACP with Mastercall, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive, holistic patient assessment
- Prescribing where appropriate
- Managing complex and undifferentiated presentations
- Making onward referrals and coordinating care
- Working independently while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team
This role offers exposure across urgent primary care settings, ensuring variety, challenge, and professional development.
Were seeking confident and experienced ACPs who:
- Thrive in fast-paced urgent care environments
- Are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Have at least 12 months working as an ACP in primary, urgent, or emergency care
- Are reliable, adaptable, and clinically competent
We are looking for clinicians we can work 1 to 4 sessions per week 7.5 to 30 hours per week
Rate of pay £28.86 to £42.44per hour, depending on experience, role, and shift pattern.
