Main duties of the job
Are you an organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment and wants to make a real difference? We are a specialist healthcare provider delivering abortion care, vasectomy services and long-acting contraception in a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental setting. We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and steady support at the heart of our Regional Treatment Centre.
This is more than an administrative role, its an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team providing essential healthcare services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering reassurance and professionalism while managing appointments, handling confidential information and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Were looking for someone with administrative and/or customer service experience who is highly organised, confident in problem-solving and able to juggle priorities with empathy and efficiency.
Youll need to be flexible and able to travel to our Chesham or Oxford site at least once a week.
