What youll do

• Lead, coach and develop a growing crossfunctional product team
• Define and deliver a clear product vision and digital roadmaps
• Oversee the full product lifecycle across SaaS and bespoke clinical systems
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, digital, data and technology teams
• Build strong supplier partnerships and ensure value for money
• Drive datadriven decisionmaking and measurable product outcomes
• Provide clear communication and governance across MSI UK
