Main duties of the job

Join us as a Clinical Services Matron and guide a newly formed team to deliver exceptional care. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, youll align clinical goals with safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction. Some travel during training will help you seamlessly coordinate our services.

During the first 6-12 months, you'll be instrumental in setting up new sites across the region, including:

• Assisting the RGM with strategic planning and executing new site launches
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of operations, technology, and personnel
• Leading recruitment, induction, and training for a full-service delivery team

The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
