You will be joining a team of over 150 colleagues that work together across our three contact centre sites to deliver an efficient and safe service to our clients. Whether you choose to work predominately from home or within our office you will never be alone as we have a fantastic support network in place so that we all feel connected.
We operate a flexible hybrid model which means you can work from the comfort of your own home*. To provide the flexibility to our colleagues that we know is so important right now, you will be required to work at our Contact Centre based in Bristol, once a week.
*Subject to a Risk Assessment and a minimum, fixed line internet speed
Main duties of the job
The Client Care Administrator role is made up of administrative tasks which can include data processing, client contact through our online web chat service and contacting the client over the phone on the odd occasion. Previous experience of working within sexual and reproductive health is not a requisite of this role.
You will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to your role to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion and vasectomy care to our clients.

Hours: 37.5 hours, between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Successful candidates will be required to be onsite for a duration of 12 weeks. Following this, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, with a requirement to visit the Contact Centre once a week. Training will run for 1 week, from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
