Job summary
As a Capacity Planner, you will be a vital part of our Capacity Workforce Team, collaborating with other Capacity Planners and colleagues to ensure our Contact Centre, UK main centres, and Community Treatment Centres (CTCs) operate at peak efficiency.
This role includes the requirement to attend the office once a week, specifically on Wednesdays, as part of our hybrid working model after sign off from the manager at 8 weeks.
Main duties of the job
In this role, your responsibilities include driving the optimisation of capacity within all UK main centres and CTCs by providing effective reporting and innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with resource planners to ensure that worklists are efficiently planned, and cancellations are minimised to enhance service quality.
Additionally, you will work with UK centres to align capacity planning with their Business Plans, ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach. Your proactive efforts will involve identifying and resolving potential areas of loss in capacity and efficiency to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining efficiency reports to track and communicate the performance of our operations, enabling data-driven decisions.
