Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager (GM) will be responsible for providing leadership to the Treatment Centre team to ensure a consistent safe and sustainable service.

The General Manager will serve as the principal CQC Registered Manager and the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for the Treatment Centre. It should be noted that this role is not a work at home or hybrid working position there is a requirement for the successful applicant to be onsite full time.

*Healthcare experience is not a requisite for this role

Main duties of the job

The post holder will guarantee alignment of regional priorities with the organisation's overarching objectives, with a strong emphasis on safety, client satisfaction, and sustainability. You will establish a clear and ongoing service development plan for the centre, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across your teams. This role is responsible for driving and implementing effective changes, with the support of the Senior Management Team, to achieve the goals within the Treatment Centre.

We are seeking a General Manager who is approachable and personable and possesses at least 2 years of leadership experience and team management. You should excel in cultivating a team culture to be proud of and that other teams aspire to achieve, while also focussing on achieving results.
