Job summary
As the Digital Content Officer at MSI UK, your role is crucial in enhancing the digital presence and engagement of the organisation. To succeed in this position, you will need to be a brand guardian and adopt a strategic approach while maintaining a deep understanding of our brand and goals, ensuring the look and feel of our owned channels is consistent with the global brand, while still relevant and engaging to the local audience.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for social media content creation (photo, video, infographics, copy etc) as part of the overarching digital marketing strategy, focusing on inspiring action and promoting talkability/shareability within social communities, liaising closely with and supported by the digital team. Main duties of the job
MSI UK aims to broaden its online reach by establishing a presence on new platforms like TikTok, alongside enhancing engagement on current social media accounts. The Digital Content Officer will play a key role in devising creative content strategies, incorporating various engaging formats such as videos, interviews, and live sessions. Additionally, you will manage online listings, including Google My Business and NHS Choices, ensuring updated clinic information and exploring new digital listing opportunities to boost brand visibility.
While the role is remote, it will involve providing support to the London Support Office. Occasional travel will be necessary for team meetings held in our London and Bristol locations, as well as other centres nationally. There is an expectation to visit various clinical centres across the UK to gain insight into the business workflow and client journey, to support our transformation activities.
