Job summary
This exceptional role offers the opportunity to join a well-established, dynamic, compassionate team. The primary focus of this role is to provide strong and effective visible leadership and management for the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care in accordance with national and local guidelines. Additionally, you will support the Senior Clinical Services Matron and Regional General Manager.
As a Clinical Manager, you will receive a tailored training package based on your clinical experience, equipping you to provide high-quality, safe, and effective abortion care to our clients. Prior experience in sexual and reproductive health is not a requirement for this role.
Having a current Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN and sharing our vision of enabling choice for all individuals is essential. You must hold a pro-choice stance on abortion and be an advocate for our mission: 'Your Body, Your Choice, Your Future.'
Main duties of the job
As a visible and proactive clinical leader, you will oversee both the main centre and the Community Treatment Centre, offering professional and management support to the Clinical Team Leaders to aid their development.
