Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will lead our Treatment Centre Operations team to achieve outstanding results aligned with our organisational priorities. Safety, client experience, and sustainability are at the core of what we do.

Main duties of the job
In this role, you will empower and inspire our Clinical Teams to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. By leveraging data-driven decision-making and efficient resource management, you will drive operational excellence. Maintaining a professional and purposeful work environment is crucial to our success.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with the Clinical Services Matron and Regional General Manager will be key to excelling in this position. You will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and implement effective changes, with the support of our Senior Management Team, to achieve the objectives of your Treatment Centre.

Location: Maidstone based in the town centre, walking distance to public transport links and easy access to the motorway
Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, meet demand of service- Saturday working if required.
