Main duties of the job
An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Locala-Calderdale IPC Team. This role would suit someone with experience or with a strong interest of Infection Prevention and Control who wants to work with a small team across Calderdale adult health and social care services.
The successful candidate will receive support to develop a wide range of Infection Prevention and control skills/knowledge including; managing an outbreak, investigation of Health Care Associated Infections and promoting the positive practice of IPC behaviours across our community services.
You must be positive and driven within the world of Infection prevention and Control and have effective communication skills, be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of our service delivery.
If this sounds like you , then this could be the ideal opportunity to join our team - the successful candidate will be expected to be able to travel independently across the borough of Calderdale and Kirklees.
