Service Development & Transformation Lead

Band 7: £47,810 - £54,710

37.5 hours per week

12-months Fixed Term Contract/Secondment - To commence 01/04/26

Main duties of the job

This role is accountable for the day-to-day project management & development plans of the service areas in the Starting Well Division within Locala.

The individual will be responsible for operational service development, project planning, quality improvement, transformation, and performance monitoring & reporting.

They will provide project management support for local Team Leaders, Operational Service Managers and Quality & Professionals Managers, formulating plans for the services, as well as supporting the wider Operational Services Transformation for the Directorate, and ensuring the development of an effective team and service provision.

The successful applicant will need a robust understanding of working with services to implement service redesign, understanding the risks and benefits, working with change and liaising between system developers and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes.
