Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Service Development and Transformation Lead who is keen to support the delivery of a range of quality services to people within Kirklees.
You will be required to have the energy, enthusiasm and drive to support our teams to deliver high quality services, as well as excellent professional and communications skills.
The successful candidate will work with a committed team in order to ensure all elements of Service Development and Transformation are delivered within operational services through support with planning, financial management, evaluation, business development and contract management.
Some of the Essential Skills for the role are as follows: Experience of service re-profiling and re-design/change management. Experience of workforce development & skill mix. Experience of developing CPD programme for clinical services/teams Experience of business planning. Understanding of contract management and an understanding of the procurement and tendering process in regards to the development of 'new' business. Developing and implementing strategic direction for team/service. Developing, interpreting & implementing national local service/ policies. Experience of quality & performance management.
